How do I return an item?

All sales are final. Returns are allowed within 30 days of original purchase. Please refer to return policy below.


In order for returns to be accepted as valid, buyer must contact us within 30 days of the original purchase and prior to sending the product back.

-If item is returned due to seller error or product defect, MOJO Beauty will replace the item or issue a FULL refund.

-If return is due to buyer error, buyer changing their mind, or buyer no longer wanting/needing the product, the seller will issue a refund for the purchase price MINUS a 30% restocking fee and the buyer is responsible for return shipping.

You must include a copy of your emailed receipt, or a note that includes your name, contact phone number and email, so we can process the return correctly. No refunds will be issued until MOJO Beauty has received and processed the return. All items returned for refund must be in brand new, unused condition.
